Terms of Service

  1. Service. We provide heating-oil price comparisons, quotes, and order placement with partner suppliers. We are not the supplier unless explicitly stated as "Tankful Fulfilled."
  2. Accuracy. Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed. Stale quotes are flagged; always review the timestamp before ordering.
  3. Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Any refunds follow supplier policies unless Tankful is the merchant of record.
  4. Privacy. We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  5. Acceptable use. No scraping, automated account creation, or misuse of pricing data. We may suspend access for abuse.
  6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tankful is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
