Supplier Agreement

Last updated: 18 June 2026

Supplier participation

This agreement applies when a supplier claims a listing, receives referrals, uses portal or order-inbox tools, updates pricing/coverage, joins a pilot, accepts Tankful Fulfilled work, or uses any future payment or reporting feature.

Supplier obligations

  1. Keep business identity, contact, depot, coverage, fuel type, minimum litres, prices, delivery windows, and payment terms accurate.
  2. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and avoid misleading price, availability, or delivery claims.
  3. Use customer data only for the relevant enquiry, order, support, delivery, refund, or legal compliance purpose.
  4. Protect portal access links, magic links, sessions, and exported customer/order records.
  5. Comply with consumer, data protection, ePrivacy, advertising, tax, safety, and fuel delivery laws.

Referrals, fulfilment, and payments

Referral, lead, platform, delivered-order, software, payment processing, or commission fees must be agreed in the relevant pilot, order, or commercial schedule. Payment-pilot suppliers must maintain accurate Stripe Connect details and cooperate with refunds, disputes, partial-fill adjustments, fraud checks, and customer complaints.

Data and licence

Suppliers grant Tankful a limited licence to display submitted or public business information, pricing, availability, coverage, logos, and service claims for comparison, referral, reporting, and customer support. Public-source data and removal requests are covered by the Supplier Data, Licensing, and Removal Policy.

Suspension and removal

Tankful may suspend referrals, portal access, payment features, or listings where data is inaccurate, customer service fails, legal risk arises, fraud or abuse is suspected, or a supplier does not meet pilot controls.
