You get one text with the prices
Each supplier’s delivered price including VAT, their earliest day and how they take payment, cheapest first.

We ring the supplier back to book the delivery and text you the confirmation.
Questions
Who do I pay for the oil?
The oil supplier, directly, in their usual way: card to the driver, cash, bank transfer, or card over the phone. Each price we text you says how that supplier takes payment, so you can pick one that suits. The supplier is the seller. Our €9 is only for ringing round and booking.
When do I pay the €9?
When you send the form, €9 is held on your card, not taken. We take it only once your booking is locked in: you’ve confirmed the supplier and price, and the supplier has confirmed the day and price. If nothing gets booked, for any reason, the hold is released. The fee is the same however soon you need oil.
What if the supplier I pick can’t deliver?
Before anything is locked in, we ring the next supplier on your list, and if none can do it the hold is released. If the lorry never comes after the booking is locked in and the supplier won’t rebook, we refund the €9.
What if I’m about to run out?
Tell us on the form. We ring the suppliers with the earliest days first, and if we can’t get you a delivery in time we’ll tell you straight away where to get oil fast.
How quickly will I hear back?
We ring suppliers during their office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 12:30 and 2 to 4:30, never at lunchtime, in the evening, at weekends or on bank holidays. A request in the morning usually gets prices within 2 hours. A later request gets prices by about 11:30 the next working day. The page tells you exactly when before you pay.
Who makes the calls?
The Tankful team, and an automated assistant that always tells the supplier it is automated. A person from Tankful checks every booking.
Do I have to take one of the prices?
No. Reply 0 if none suit and nothing is booked.
